The 38^th Board Meeting of Shanghai Stellite was held in London on 15 Dec 2009. The Board expressed a high level of trust in our management team and gave high praise for our outstanding achievements in such tough economic times and showed their high expectations for JV’s continuous rapid growth in the future. The Five Year Business Plan (2010-2014) and 2010 Budget have been discussed and approved by the Board. All the shareholders expressed that they would be supportive to the JV’s growth by making all efforts.
